We never punish till We have sent a messenger.

We never chastise, until We send forth a Messenger.

And We have not been tormentors until We had raised an apostle.

And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).

And never do We punish any people until We send a Messenger (to make the Truth distinct from falsehood).

We do not punish any community until We have sent it an apostle.

Nor do We punish until we have sent a Messenger.

And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.

We have never punished anyone without sending them Our Messenger first.

Nor do We punish until We have sent forth a messenger to forewarn them.

No burdened soul carries the burdens of another, nor do We ever punish until We have sent a messenger.

No laden soul can bear another's load, We never punish until we have sent a messenger.

And they swear by Allah that they did not say it whereas indeed they had certainly uttered the words of disbelief, and after having entered Islam turned disbelievers and had wished for what they did not get and what annoyed them except that Allah, and His Noble Messenger, made them prosperous with His grace?

They swear by Allah that they said nothing (evil), but indeed they uttered blasphemy, and they did it after accepting Islam and they meditated a plot which they were unable to carry out this revenge of theirs was (their) only return for the bounty with which Allah and His Messenger had enriched them!

Accursed are they then for their breach of the bond and their rejecting the commandments of Allah and their slaying the prophets without justification, and their saying our hearts are uncircumcised.

But for their violation of their covenant, and their denial of God s revelations, and their killing of the prophets unjustly, and their saying, Our minds are closed.

And We cursed them for their breaking of the covenant and their disbelief in the signs of Allah and their killing of the prophets without right and their saying, Our hearts are wrapped .

Therefore, for their breaking their covenant and their disbelief in the communications of Allah and their killing the prophets wrongfully and their saying Our hearts are covered nay!

But they broke their covenant and they rejected the signs of God and put the prophets to death without justification, and said, Our hearts are sealed.

So Allah cursed them because of their constantly breaking their covenant and they disbelieved in the signs of Allah, and they used to wrongfully martyr the Prophets, and because they said, Our hearts are covered in fact Allah has set a seal upon their hearts due to their disbelief, so that they do not accept faith, except a few.

So, for their breaking the compact, and disbelieving in the signs of God, and slaying the Prophets without right, and for their saying, 'Our hearts are uncircumcised' nay, but God sealed them for their unbelief, so they believe not, except a few

Because of their breaking the covenant, and of their rejecting the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, and of their killing the Prophets unjustly, and of their saying Our hearts are wrapped (with coverings, i.e. we do not understand what the Messengers say) nay, Allah has set a seal upon their hearts because of their disbelief, so they believe not but a little.

(They have incurred Allah's wrath) for their breaking the covenant, and their rejection of the signs of Allah, and for slaying Prophets without right, and for saying 'Our hearts are wrapped up in covers' even though in fact Allah has sealed their hearts because of their unbelief, so that they scarcely believe

Then because of their breaking of their covenant, and their disbelieving in the revelations of Allah, and their slaying of the prophets wrongfully, and their saying Our hearts are hardened Nay, but Allah set a seal upon them for their disbelief, so that they believe not save a few

Then because of their breaking their covenant, their defiance of Allah s signs, their killing of the prophets unjustly and for their saying, Our hearts are uncircumcised Indeed, Allah has set a seal on them for their unfaith, so they do not have faith except a few.

So, for their breaking of the covenant, and disbelieving the verses of Allah, and killing their Prophets without right and for saying, 'Our hearts are covered' no, but Allah has sealed them for their disbelief, so, except for a few, they do not believe.

However, because of their disbelief, disregard of their covenant, denial of God's revelations, murdering the Prophets without reason, and their saying that their hearts were covered, We sealed up their hearts.

(They have incurred divine displeasure) In that they broke their covenant that they rejected the signs of Allah that they slew the Messengers in defiance of right that they said, Our hearts are the wrappings (which preserve Allah's Word We need no more) Nay, Allah hath set the seal on their hearts for their blasphemy, and little is it they believe

Why should Allah will guidance for the people who disbelieved, after their having accepted faith and bearing witness that the Noble Messenger is a true one, and after clear signs had come to them?

How shall God guide a people who have disbelieved after they believed, and bore witness that the Messenger is true, and the clear signs came to them?

How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and after they bore witness that the apostle was true and after evidences had come unto them!

How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and after they bore witness that the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) is true and after clear proofs had come unto them?

How will God guide a people who disbelieved after having believed, and had witnessed that the Messenger is true, and the clear proofs had come to them?

How can Allah guide people who once believed, after they received clear signs and affirmed that the Messenger was a true one, lapsed into disbelief.

How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and (after) they bore witness that the messenger is true and after clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty) had come unto them.

How shall Allah guide a people who have disbelieved after their faith and after bearing witness that the Apostle is true, and after manifest proofs had come to them?

How shall Allah guide a people who lapse into disbelief after they believed and bore witness that the Messenger is true, and after receiving clear proofs!

How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them?

Why would God guide a people who disbelieves after having had faith, who have found the Messenger to be truthful, and who have received authoritative evidence?

How would God bestow His guidance upon people who have opted for unbelief after having embraced the faith and having borne witness that this Messenger is true and after all evidence of the truth has come to them?

They are laden with the burden of Allah's wrath, and humiliation is stuck upon them and all this because they rejected the signs of Allah and slayed the Prophets without right, and because they disobeyed and transgressed.

They have incurred theAnger of Allah and have been humiliated, because they disbelieved the verses of Allah and unjustly slew His Prophets and because they disobeyed and were transgressors.

This because they rejected the Signs of Allah, and slew the prophets in defiance of right this because they rebelled and transgressed beyond bounds.
