Do not heed a contemptible swearer,

Nor ever listen to any excessive oath maker, ignoble person.

Said He, 'Go thou forth from it, despised and banished.

And obey thou not every mean swearer,

Allah said go thou forth from hence, scorned, driven away.

And obey not thou any swearer ignominous.

(Allah) said (to Iblis) Get out from this (Paradise) disgraced and expelled.

And obey not everyone who swears much, and is considered worthless,

He said, Get out of it, despised and vanquished.

And do not obey any vile swearer.

Allah said 'Go away from here disgraced and expelled.

And do not yield to any contemptible swearer,

He said Go forth from hence, degraded, banished.

Neither obey thou each feeble oath monger,

Said He, Begone hence, blameful and banished!

And do not obey any vile swearer,

'Begone' said He, 'despised and outcast.

And do not obey every mean swearer,

Allah said, Get out of Paradise, reproached and expelled.

And do not obey every worthless habitual swearer

The Lord told Satan, Get out of this garden, for you are banished and despised.

Do not yield to one persistent in swearing,

And yield not to any mean swearer

He said, Get out of here, despised, and rejected!

Do not yield to any contemptible swearer of oaths,

(Allah) said Get out from this, disgraced and expelled.

Heed not the type of despicable men, ready with oaths,

Did We not create you from an abject fluid?

Did We not create you of a mean water,

Created We you not of water despicable,

Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)?

Did We not create you from an insignificant fluid?

Did We not create you of a mean fluid,

Did We not create you from a base fluid

Have We not created you from a base fluid,

Did We not create you from a weak water,

Did We not create you from a liquid disdained?

Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid

Did We not create you from contemptible water?

Did We not create you from a humble fluid,

Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?

He conceals a despicable heart behind his smile.

Then made his offspring from the extract of base fluid,

Then kept his posterity with a part of an abject fluid.

then He fashioned his progeny of an extraction of mean water,
