Take heed that the day the crier calls from a place close (to every one),

And listen attentively on the day when an announcer will proclaim from a place nearby.

And listen thou for the day when the caller shall call from a near place.

And hearken thou the Day whereon the caller will call from a place quite near.

And listen on the Day when the caller will call from a near place,

And listen for the Day when the caller calls from a nearby place.

Hearken on the Day when the caller will call from a place nearby,

And listen on the day when the crier crieth from a near place,

And be on the alert for the day when the caller calls from a close quarter,

Listen for the Day when the Caller will call from a nearby place.

And listen on the Day when the Caller will call out from a place that is near

Wait for the day when the trumpet will be sounded from a nearby place.

And listen on the day when the crier shall cry from a near place

Hearken! The Day when the caller will call from near.

And listen for the Day when the Caller will call out from a place quiet near,

They will hasten forward to the caller, gazes fixed.

running with outstretched necks to the Caller.

Hastening toward the summoner.

scrambling toward the summoner.

running (with their necks extended) to the Caller.

Racing ahead toward the Caller.

Hastening to the inviter.

hastening towards the Crier.

On that Day mankind will follow strictly (the voice of) Allah's caller, no crookedness (that is without going to the right or left of that voice) will they show him (Allah's caller).

On that Day, they will follow the caller, without any deviation.

On that Day people shall follow straight on to the call of the summoner, no one daring to show any haughtiness.

On that day they will follow the summoner without zigzagging.

On that day they will follow their caller without deviation.

When on the Day the crier calls to the painful business,

Upon the day when the Caller shall call unto a horrible thing,

The Day whereon the sum moner Will summon mankind Unto a thing unpleasant.

The Day that the caller will call (them) to a terrible thing.

On the Day when the Caller calls to something terrible.

On the Day when a caller shall call them to a thing most terrible,

The day when the Caller calls to a dire thing,

On the Day when the Caller summons them to a terrible thing,

The Day the Caller calls to something forbidding,

On the day when they will be called to a terrible punishment,

On the Day when the Crier will call out about a horrible event,

The Day that the Caller will call (them) to a terrible affair,

Therefore turn away from them on the day when the announcer will call towards a severe unknown matter

So withdraw from them (O Muhammad) on the day when the Summoner summoneth unto a painful thing.

So turn (your) back on them (for) the day when the inviter shall invite them to a hard task,

Rushing towards the caller the disbelievers will say, This is a tough day.

Hastening towards the caller, the disbelievers will say This is a hard Day.
