So take heed, O men of sight!

So take warning, O people of vision.

So take lesson, O you who have insight!

Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

Therefore, take a lesson, O you who have insight.

Allah said, O John, take the Scripture with determination.

And even if We take you (O Muhammad SAW) away, We shall indeed take vengeance on them.

O Ye who believe! take not infidels for friends, instead of believers.

and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.'

If He wills, He can take you away, O people, and bring others.

And Allah said (O mankind!) Take not ilahain (two gods in worship, etc.).

Say (O Muhammad, unto such an one) Take pleasure in thy disbelief a while.

And take, O believers , from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer.

O believers, take your precautions then move forward in companies, or move forward all together.

O believers, take not Jews and Christians as friends they are friends of each other.

'O John, take the Book forcefully' and We gave him judgment, yet a little child,

O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies.

O Lord, take away this torment from us, (they will pray) we have come to believe.

He said O Moses! Lo! the chiefs take counsel against thee to slay thee therefor escape.

O you who have believed, do not take the disbelievers as allies instead of the believers.

And say 'O my Lord, I take refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Satans,

O Ye who believe! take your precaution then sally forth in detachment or sally forth all together.

(O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed.

O you who have faith! Take recourse in patience and prayer indeed Allah is with the patient.

And mention, O Muhammad , when Abraham said to his father Azar, Do you take idols as deities?

Listen to this word which I take up for a lamentation over you, O house of Israel.

Hear ye this word which I take up against you, even a lamentation, O house of Israel.

He said, 'O would that I had power against you, or might take refuge in a strong pillar!'

O our Lord! take us forth from it then if we return, we shall be wrong doers indeed.

And take provisions, but the best provision is righteousness. And be mindful of Me, O people of understanding.

But when it set, he said, O my people, indeed I disown what you take as His partners.

O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive.

O you who believe! take your precaution, then go forth in detachments or go forth in a body.

O Yahya! take hold of the Book with strength, and We granted him wisdom while yet a child

They said, O exalted one, he has a very aged father, take one of us in his place.

Take not with Allah another object of worship or thou (O man!) wilt sit in disgrace and destitution.

Others had already named an O. umbrosus , O. harpyia , O. macrorhinus and O. hilsensis and would create an O. hlavaci , O. wiedenrothi and O. mesembrinus .

O Ye who believe! take not your fathers and your brothers for friends if they love infidelity above faith.

And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is fear of Allah. And fear Me, O you of understanding.

O you who have believed, take your precaution and either go forth in companies or go forth all together.

Indeed, O Muhammad , He who imposed upon you the Qur'an will take you back to a place of return.

In 1888 Edward Newton renamed several existing species names into Ornithocheirus clavirostris , O. daviesii , O. sagittirostris , O. validus and O. giganteus as new species he created O. clifti , O. diomedeus , O. nobilis and O. curtus .
